MUSIC FOR WEIGHT LOSS




Technique used by me to create "music for
weight loss":

- Tension
- Syncopation
- High tempo : ~ 140 bpm (  it can be used to burn away calories by increasing heart rate and metabolism in the body.)

Atention! Because of tension unreleased (in song) and other techniques, can create stress.

Proposed Program are based on 3 stages:
1. Dance on song/songs from weight lose section 1. Up to 10 minutes
2. Continue to dance, but this time, on your favorite songs, 20 minutes or more (beter is 50min).
3. After dance,  listen one track from weight lose section 2 ( only listenin).
